Job Description

Define and implement Salesforce DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and release management.
Drive continuous improvement using DevOps metrics and best practices for multi-org environments.
Partner with CSO and CTO to establish and maintain Salesforce governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all Salesforce implementations.
Chair governance forums and manage audit readiness.
Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and decision matrices.
Monitor adherence to architecture principles and enforce secure-by-design practices.
Involve in the design, development, and lifecycle management of Outlook plug-ins for Salesforce (Office.js/VSTO).
Manage SSIS-based Salesforce connectors for data integration, ensuring reliability, error handling, and performance optimization.
Implement secure authentication, API governance, and telemetry for all integrations.
