We are looking for a motivated Scrum Intern to support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality

software products. As a Scrum Intern, you will assist the Scrum Master and development team in

executing agile ceremonies, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth sprint execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews,

and retrospectives).

- Help maintain Jira or other agile tools with updated user stories and sprint tasks.

- Support backlog refinement and sprint tracking activities.

- Prepare and share basic sprint reports and team metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello is a plus.
