Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate procurement of raw materials and consumables as per production requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability without overstocking.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
Track and manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and shipments.
Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks or delays.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in printing or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
