Job Description

SCM - Executive

Role Summary:

Handling store complaints on QNET portal, liaison with DC and vendor to resolve the issue amicably.
Guide store to follow the process related to delivery acceptance and TAT for complaint raising.
Fortnightly & Monthly dashboard preparation on PPT, handling excel data.
Support to SCM team on various reporting part in excel file, compiling monthly files and tracking daily inventory levels, Visi Cooler placement follows up with Coke bottler and store.
Perform analytical tasks with variance and root cause analysis.

Preferred candidate profile:

1 - 3 years of experience in customer support, supply chain, or quality function, analytical work (QSR / FMCG background preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office(
Advance Excel
) complaint tracking tools, and reporting.
Analytical mindset with ability to perform root-cause analysis.
Strong communication and coordination skills (with customer, business partners & internal teams).
Graduate in - Supply Chain / Business Management.
Gurugram location Candidate is preferred.
