Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Finalize production plan in line with demand through close coordination with Marketing & Production teams.
Track the production plan and monitor execution throughout the month.
Prepare and schedule dispatch plans aligned with the sales plan.
Provide allocation of finished goods to all stakeholders as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with QC, QA, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure dispatches take place as per the approved plan.
Liaise with Marketing team regarding COA approvals, and follow up on any pending approvals.
Prepare and circulate dispatch plans based on financial clearance/approvals from Marketing.
Review FG NPA (Non-moving / slow-moving stock) and prepare liquidation plans for the same.
Maintain daily & monthly data reports by collecting feedback from all stakeholders.
Escalate anticipated matters, bottlenecks, or critical business requirements to respective departments for timely resolution.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to capture the Voice of Customer (VOC) and monitor customer service levels.
Ensure strict adherence to Companys Safety and GMP norms in all SCM-related activities.
