KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and ensure Warehouse (WH) costs are tracked and maintained within the approved budgets.

• Monitor month-end provisional costs; ensure alignment with budgets and escalate any deviations with proper explanations and supporting evidence.

• Prepare and share location-wise cost statements with concept allocation monthly.

• Generate monthly throughput reports from Oracle BIP, categorized location-wise.

• Monitor and report logistics costs, including (DP)-wise split of actual and provisional costs.

• Prepare monthly reports on productivity, PPC, and cost as a percentage of sales.

• Track actual costs booked against provisions; identify deviations and coordinate with Group Accounts for necessary adjustments.

• Align all Third-Party Warehouse (TWH) costs under the overall Warehouse cost structure.

• Prepare monthly provisions, additional provisions, and rectifications. • Obtain clarification and confirmation on open Purchase Orders (POs) at month-end; instruct warehouses to take appropriate action.

• Prepare and maintain Warehouse KPIs for both offline and online operations.

• Generate WH-wise cost statements and share monthly with relevant stakeholders.

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets (offline and online), with detailed cost breakdowns and concept-wise allocation, ensuring warehouse teams stay aligned with cost targets.

• Plan warehouse space and CAPEX requirements in alignment with the overall business plan.

• Coordinate closely with the Warehouse team for monthly reviews.

• Coordinate with all warehouse locations to ensure productivity levels and operational costs align with business requirements and targets.

• Monitor individual cost components, ensuring all expenses remain within the approved budgets while supporting performance objectives. • Collaborate with key stakeholdersincluding warehouse, retail, and logistics teamsto ensure optimal resource allocation and drive operational efficiency.

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to promptly address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries within defined service timelines.

• Prepare, analyse, and distribute MIS reports to relevant stakeholders, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
