Job Title:

Job Overview:

The SCM Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, optimizing logistics, and supporting cost-effective procurement to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality materials.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
Support demand planning and forecasting to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supply chain efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs and metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assist in resolving supply chain issues and bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Excel).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
