Responsibilities Work closely with software development teams on defining, designing and delivering high-quality products; provide feedback on architecture, design, and priorities. Do detailed product research to figure out solutions to ambiguous problems. Interact with the design team to convert product requirements into actionable prototypes. Engage with teams across SciSpace to evangelize your team's products and build relationships. Help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy. Closely work with engineering to flush out the product requirements into clear executable tasks with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. Build innovative concepts and successfully champion them through senior management and other teams. Use a combination of outstanding analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate and create world-class experiences. Take initiative. Doesn't wait to be asked. Our Ideal Candidates Would 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development in technical leadership, product management, program management, or similar roles. Experience leading product design through the entire lifecycle, from concept and wireframes to MVP and final release. Solid technical background with experience in software architecture and design. In-depth knowledge of Product/ Service Lifecycle (PLC) and product development. Experience in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems and/or developing large scale web applications. Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements is a plus. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communications to technical, business, and executive-level audiences.
