Job Title: School Coordinator (Classes 4–8 and Classes 9–12) Location: V.K. International School, Faridabad (Haryana) About the Role: We are looking for experienced and dynamic School Coordinators to oversee and manage the academic and administrative functions of Classes 4th to 8th (Middle Wing) and 9th to 12th (Senior Wing). The coordinators will act as a bridge between the school management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth academic operations and holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the teaching-learning process in assigned classes. Assist in planning, implementing, and reviewing academic schedules, timetables, and assessments. Ensure effective curriculum delivery and completion of syllabus on time. Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and activity-based learning. Coordinate examinations, projects, and co-curricular activities. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment across classes. Act as a liaison between management, teachers, and parents, ensuring clear communication. Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and student counseling sessions. Support teachers in identifying and addressing learning difficulties of students. Contribute to the professional development of teachers through training and mentoring. Assist in school events, assemblies, cultural programs, and inter-school competitions. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in any discipline (Education background preferred). B.Ed./M.Ed. compulsory. Minimum 6 months of teaching experience at middle/senior school level. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/coordination role (preferred). Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, examination patterns, and policies. Key Skills Leadership, team management, and decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in ICT tools, ERP systems, and smart classroom technology. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities effectively. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. D.El.Ed. / B.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (Primary Level) from a recognized institution. CTET (Paper-I) or State TET qualified (mandatory as per CBSE norms). Desired SkillsStrong command over English and Hindi communication. Proficiency in child-centered and activity-based teaching methods. Classroom management, patience, and ability to handle young learners. Basic knowledge of computers and digital teaching tools.
