The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, well-versed in subject matter, and skilled at engaging young learners with interactive and effective teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Mathematics and Science. Prepare lesson plans in line with the school curriculum and learning objectives. Use a variety of teaching tools and strategies to enhance student learning and understanding. Assess students' progress regularly through tests, assignments, and projects. Maintain discipline and ensure a positive and productive classroom environment. Encourage students’ participation in Science and Math-related activities and competitions. Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and visual aids. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth academic functioning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Mathematics or a related field (B.Sc./B.Ed. preferred). Teaching qualification or certification (D.Ed./B.Ed./equivalent). Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the primary or middle school level (preferred). Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Math and Science fundamentals. Effective classroom management. Patience and understanding with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technological proficiency (smartboards, projectors, digital tools, etc.). Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching approach.
