Role Overview: As a Resource Scheduler at RSM, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Resource Management team by ensuring that various Resource Management tools are updated accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for publishing reports that reflect the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will be involved in filling resource engagement requests, overseeing resource utilization, analyzing operational results, and promoting staff development within the LOB or Service Line/Solution set you support. Your role will also involve providing information for short-term and strategic planning, implementing strategies to increase capability specialization, and acting as a point of contact for department managers to resolve resource needs and mediate conflicts effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Data: Update scheduling system in the firm's chosen tool accurately and timely, validate SOW consent, update short-term to long-term staffing, and assist with shelf assignment work. - Reporting and Analysis: Generate scheduling, utilization, and forecasting reports, analyze data using various software packages, verify information accuracy, structure large data sets, and visualize data through graphs and infographics. - Collaboration: Communicate with Resource Management team and client engagement teams to understand business needs, drive consistency, and provide effective written and verbal communication to diverse audiences. - Organization and Time Management: Maintain effective organization, manage multiple tasks, and operate with a sense of urgency. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors Degree - Technical Skills: Good understanding of MS Office with high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Special Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.,
