As a Resource Scheduler at RSM, you will be responsible for supporting the Resource Management team in various tasks to ensure the accurate staffing status is reflected in the Resource Management tools. You will also be involved in publishing reports showcasing the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will focus on data management and resource scheduling to effectively fill resource engagement requests, oversee resource utilization, align resources with the strategic plan, analyze operational results, and promote staff development for the Line of Business (LOB) or Service Line/Solution set you support. You will collaborate with department managers, mediate conflicts, and communicate with management to facilitate the deployment of resources effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the Scheduling System updates accurately and in a timely manner in the designated tool. - Assist in validating SOW consent, updating short-term to long-term staffing, and shelf assignment work. - Generate scheduling, utilization, and forecasting reports, analyze data, and provide insights using various software packages. - Verify the accuracy and currency of scheduling information, reports, and related data. - Analyze large data sets, visualize data through graphs and infographics, and collaborate with teams to understand business needs. - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, effective organization, time management, and a sense of urgency. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's Degree - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel and PowerPoint. - **Special Requirements:** Excellent organizational skills, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.
