Job Summary

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Learn and support development of olfactive strategies.
• Assist in implementing olfactive strategy across small/local commercial projects
• Manage scent portfolio to leverage existing fragrances for fast-track briefs.
• Support perfumers in developing winning fragrances, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Participate in fragrance evaluations to provide insights.
• Learn evaluation protocols and best practices.
• Build relationships with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Insight, Technical, Labs).
• Analyze evaluation results and generate clear reports and graphs.
• Develop strong knowledge of olfactive trends, market, and consumer preferences.
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fragrance development / evaluation.
• Excellent olfactive capabilities.
• Creative and able to come up with new ideas which are easy to implement.
• Well versed with Microsoft applications (Presentation, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, able to think independently.
• Should be a team player, open minded, positive attitude, embraces diversity.
• Experience working on cross categories is an advantage.
