Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated QA Analyst with 4+ years of experience in both frontend and backend test automation. This is a high-impact role where you will take full ownership of quality assurance processes, including test automation for web and API layers. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in automation frameworks, thrives in fast-paced remote teams, and is passionate about delivering top-notch product quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks for both frontend and API testing. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable automation scripts using Playwright (Python/Java). Create and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform various types of testing: functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure quick resolution. Contribute to sprint planning, effort estimations, retrospectives, and daily standups in an Agile/Scrum environment. Ensure comprehensive test coverage, maintain traceability, and actively contribute to continuous testing improvements. Required Skills & Tools Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using Python or Java for test automation. Experience with Selenium for browser-based testing. Proficient in Postman for manual and automated RESTful API testing. Expertise in designing frameworks using Page Object Model (POM) design pattern. Excellent logic-building and problem-solving capabilities. Strong understanding of test scripting, assertion logic, data-driven testing, and parameterization. Familiarity with Git for version control and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. Experience with Cypress, Robot Framework, or TestNG. Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter. Exposure to containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
