Quality Assurance Analyst

As a skilled and motivated QA Analyst with 4+ years of experience in both frontend and backend test automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch product quality through comprehensive quality assurance processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reusable automation frameworks for frontend and API testing. - Writing clean, efficient automation scripts using Playwright (Python/Java). - Creating and managing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Performing various types of testing including functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing. - Analyzing test results, identifying bugs, and collaborating with development teams for quick resolution. - Contributing to sprint planning, effort estimations, retrospectives, and daily standups in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Ensuring comprehensive test coverage, maintaining traceability, and actively contributing to continuous testing improvements. Your required skills and tools for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using Python or Java for test automation. - Experience with Selenium for browser-based testing. - Proficiency in Postman for manual and automated RESTful API testing. - Expertise in designing frameworks using the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern. - Excellent logic-building and problem-solving capabilities. - Strong understanding of test scripting, assertion logic, data-driven testing, and parameterization. - Familiarity with Git for version control and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. - Experience with Cypress, Robot Framework, or TestNG. - Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. - Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter. - Exposure to containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes. - Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack and Sauce Labs.
