As the Quality Analyst Lead at InsuranceMarket.ae , you will oversee a team dedicated to ensuring our software products are of the highest quality. Your role involves driving the transition to AI-first methodologies, optimizing testing processes, and delivering reliable and bug-free software. You'll collaborate with various teams and utilize modern AI tools to improve efficiency and predictive capabilities in testing, ensuring seamless project releases. What the QA Lead Will Own & Deliver Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the 5-member QA squad.• Foster a culture of continuous learning - weekly AI in QA brown-bags, quarterly skills assessments, and individual development plans. Implement and monitor QA best-practice playbooks (shift-left testing, Definition of Done, peer reviews) to elevate team output and velocity. AI-Driven QA Strategy Embed AI-first thinking: autonomous test-case generation, self-healing locators, and Gen-AI defect clustering. Leverage predictive analytics on defect history to spotlight high-risk modules before code freeze. Continuously evaluate emerging AI frameworks and champion PoCs to keep the toolchain state-of-the-art. Testing & Quality Assurance Execution Author and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans spanning unitUAT. Oversee creation & maintenance of AI-centric automated scripts (Virtuoso, Playwright, Cypress). Drive end-to-end manual and automated test cycles; triage and prioritise defects to meet sprint goals and ensure on-time, zero-escape releases. Collaboration & Communication Partner daily with Project Manager, BAs, Designers, and Engineers to align QA objectives with business OKRs. Provide crisp, data-driven test reports and release-risk heatmaps to stakeholders and C-Suite. Facilitate root-cause retros and champion continuous feedback loops across squads. Process Improvement & Best Practices Advance DevQAOpstight CI/CD hooks, contract tests, and canary releases. Regularly review coverage gaps Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, including team management responsibilities. Demonstrated proficiency with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA automation tools such as Virtuoso. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Superior communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork. Experience in financial services or insurance is highly preferred. Desired Attributes: Strong interest and experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance QA processes. Proven track record in leading QA teams to deliver high-quality software products in a timely manner. Passionate about maintaining industry-leading quality standards and innovations in the QA sphere.
