**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Human Resource Transformation Consultant at Accenture, you will be part of the HR Strategy & Transformation team, specializing in various areas within HR to assist clients in maximizing the value of their HR and Talent investments. You will work with a distributed delivery model that can be deployed globally, including onsite, near shore, and offshore locations. **Key Responsibilities:** - HR Operating Model: - HR Op Model Design - Organization Design - Capability Enhancement - Competency Based Talent Management: - Competency Modelling - Design, Assessment, and Integration with HR & Talent processes - Workforce Management: - Workforce effectiveness analysis, planning, and optimization - HR Shared Services: - HR Shared service Assessment, Design, and Deployment - Process Excellence: - HR & Talent Processes design, innovation & Implementation - HR SaaS Implementation: - SaaS Process design, configuration, training & Change Enablement **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge and application of Business Process Re-engineering - HR and TM Process Design experience - HR system implementation experience - Conduct HR Policy Design and harmonization - Project Management of large HRT engagements - Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across diverse set of organizations **Additional Information:** In addition to the key responsibilities, you will have leadership responsibilities focusing on growing the practice, managing engagement risk, project economics, business development, people development, and domain development. You will be expected to achieve target metrics, ensure high engagement from the team, and maintain exceptional delivery quality. Please note that the job requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience post Masters in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management related projects. You should be comfortable working with C-level executives, functioning in a diverse consulting firm, and possess excellent presentation skills.,
