As a part of the Supply chain and operations practice, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains to have a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders as the Business/Process Architect - Utilize Business Architecture Framing techniques such as Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling - Engage in Process Discovery and Improvement initiatives - Assist in creating and enhancing assets, accelerators, and use cases - Contribute to business development initiatives and demonstrate the ability to solve complex business problems effectively Qualifications Required: - MBA degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management - Proven track record with BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, and/or market leaders in architecture space such as LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet - In-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification is a plus - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex structures for diverse clients and colleagues at all levels Join us in innovating, building competitive advantage, and improving business and societal outcomes in an ever-changing, ever-challenging world.
