As a Management Consultant specializing in Process Reinvention at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations reimagine and transform their value chains for the future. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being the process architect to lead process discovery, whiteboarding sessions, leveraging AI copilots, process simulators, and agentic orchestration frameworks to design adaptive, self-optimizing workflows with senior business stakeholders. - Delivering process discovery or improvement projects through hybrid process mining, AI agents, and GenAI-based insight generation. - Working on market-leading process mining and AI-based orchestration platforms such as Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining, ServiceNow, Appian, etc. - Designing and deploying autonomous process agents that interact with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa, etc.) to drive continuous improvement. - Developing business requirements and AI-prompt engineering logic for contextual decisioning layers, for the implementation of technology solutions for the client. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of industry trends, SAP transformation journey, new technologies, and tools. - Contributing to the creation of agentic accelerators, AI-powered assets, and reusable process blueprints. - Aiding in assets, accelerator, use case creation, and enhancement. - Functioning as a bridge between business, data science, and engineering teams to co-develop AI-powered process solutions. - Contributing to business development initiatives and displaying the ability to solve complex business problems. - Implementing governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance. - Partnering with change management teams to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and sustained adoption of new processes.
