In Accenture Strategy and Consulting's Supply chain and operations practice, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Your work will involve fostering innovation, building competitive advantage, and enhancing business and societal outcomes in a rapidly changing world. Key Responsibilities: - Lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders as the Business/Process Architect - Utilize Business Architecture Framing techniques including Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modeling - Drive Process Discovery and Improvement initiatives - Contribute to the creation and enhancement of assets, accelerators, and use cases - Participate in business development activities and demonstrate problem-solving skills for complex business challenges Qualifications Required: - MBA preferred - 3+ years of experience in business process management - Proficiency in BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, or market leaders such as LeanIX, BiZZdesign, and Alfabet - In-depth understanding of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation, and emerging technologies - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or relevant training/certification is advantageous - Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders at all levels Join Accenture Strategy and Consulting to be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment where you can drive transformation strategies for global clients and contribute to making supply chains more efficient, resilient, and impactful.,
