SaT-TSE-IT-Assistant Director

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Director in the Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) Technology team, based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and consulting experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage large to mid-sized engagements or workstreams of large engagements to solve complex transaction lifecycle issues. Lead projects spanning one or more technology functions, including Application, Data, Cyber, Infra, Cutover, and IT Operating Model. Establish regular connectivity and reporting to regional TSE partners, building relationships with EY offices globally. Engage on larger SaT projects and pitch potential technology interventions, analyzing market trends and developing solutions. Provide insights and observations based on technology, industry, and functional knowledge, leveraging expertise in transactions and synergy assessments. Manage consultants and analysts, helping them develop expertise in technology and transaction strategy while mentoring them to deliver high-quality output. ### Job Requirements Post Graduate degree in business management from a premier institute. At least 7 years of experience in Transaction Strategy, Technology Strategy, or Technology Transformation in a top-tier consulting firm. Experience in managing large transactions and complex technology transformation projects. Hands-on experience in Due Diligence, particularly IT Due Diligence, Cyber Diligence, and Technology Diligence. Working experience in post-deal lifecycle for Sell and Separate and Buy and Integrate transactions. Experience in Technology Cost optimization, Technology Business Management, IT Budget forecasting, IT Chargeback, Cloud Economics, Cloud Financial Management, IT Value realization, and IT Org sizing. Experienced in Business Development activities such as RFPs, opportunity pursuits, and winning large to mid-sized deals.
