SaT-LA-Associate Director

We are looking for a skilled professional with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team as an Associate Director in Lead Advisory, responsible for providing tactical and strategic advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance and excellent communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team of professionals managing the entire M&A (buy or sell side) deal cycle, from origination to closure. Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated transaction advisory services. Participate actively in building an industry-focused and niche M&A Lead Advisory practice. Drive the implementation of L&D priorities in the team. Provide expertise and market insights to enhance the firm's reputation as a leader in Strategy and Transactions. Manage client meetings and visits, and conduct bilateral discussions. ### Job Requirements MBA (Finance), Certified Financial Analyst, or Chartered Accountant. 12-15 years of front-end M&A exposure working in Investment Banking or Equity research engagements handling end-to-end M&A deals/projects independently. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver key deliverables specifically in the healthcare sector. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management. Strong understanding of financial modeling and company valuation techniques. Expert knowledge of research databases such as Capital IQ, One Source, Factiva, Thomsonone, etc. Project management skills and team management skills are desirable. Exposure to tools like Gen AI, VBA, PowerBI is an added advantage.
