SAP Trainer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Trainer to deliver professional training programs for students, job seekers, and working professionals. The trainer will design and deliver module-specific courses, hands-on workshops, and certification-oriented programs in SAP FI/ CO/ MM/ SD/ PP/ HCM / SuccessFactors/ BW/BI/ Basis / Security/ ABAP/ S/4HANA. The role includes mentorship, curriculum development, and corporate training delivery for skill upgradation and SAP adoption. Key Responsibilities:

For Students & Freshers: • Deliver foundation-to-advanced training in SAP FI/ CO/ MM/ SD/ PP/ HCM / SuccessFactors/ BW/BI/ Basis / Security/ ABAP/ S/4HANA. • Prepare students for SAP Certification exams and job readiness. • Conduct practical labs, projects, and case studies to build real-world skills. • Provide career guidance, resume support, and interview preparation.

For Working Employees (Corporate Training): • Conduct upskilling & cross-skilling programs for professionals in SAP FI/ CO/ MM/ SD/ PP/ HCM / SuccessFactors/ BW/BI/ Basis / Security/ ABAP/ S/4HANA and latest versions (e.g., S/4HANA). • Design customized corporate training modules aligned to business processes. • Deliver training on migration, new features, and industry best practices. • Support post-training adoption & performance improvement for employees.

Common Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, video modules, and LMS content. • Conduct knowledge assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions. • Stay updated with latest SAP updates, releases, and industry trends. • Collaborate with academic partners, HR, and L&D teams to ensure effective delivery. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business, Finance, or related field. • 2–7 years of experience in SAP FI/ CO/ MM/ SD/ PP/ HCM / SuccessFactors/ BW/BI/ Basis / Security/ ABAP/ S/4HANA as Consultant/Trainer. • Strong practical knowledge & hands-on expertise in FI/ CO/ MM/ SD/ PP/ HCM / SuccessFactors/ BW/BI/ Basis / Security/ ABAP/ S/4HANA. • Prior experience in teaching/training/mentoring (students or employees). • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. • SAP Certification in FI/ CO/ MM/ SD/ PP/ HCM / SuccessFactors/ BW/BI/ Basis / Security/ ABAP/ S/4HANA preferred. • Exposure to S/4HANA, Fiori, and latest SAP tools is an advantage. Key Training Modules (Customizable): • Students: Basics of SAP, Business Process Orientation, Hands-on Simulations, Certification Prep. • Employees: System Upgrades (ECC → S/4HANA), Advanced Reporting, Fiori Apps, Cross-Module Integration, Industry-Specific Use Cases

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,102.30 - ₹51,546.99 per month

Work Location: In person
