E2E SAP Testing Experience – SAP Test Consultant Overview: Experienced in End-to-End SAP Testing with hands-on involvement across multiple implementation, rollout, and support projects. Strong domain knowledge in SAP MM and/or SAP FICO , combined with practical experience in various types of SAP testing – including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT . Proven ability to ensure system stability, data integrity, and business process alignment. Key Skills & Expertise: SAP Modules: Hands-on knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management) or SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) in real-time testing scenarios. Testing Phases: In-depth experience in E2E test lifecycle – from test planning, preparation, execution, defect logging/resolution, to closure . Test Documentation: Creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications and business process flows. Test Tools: Familiar with tools like SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Jira , and Excel-based test case tracking. Business Process Knowledge: SAP MM: Procurement cycle (PR to PO), GR/IR process, inventory movements, vendor master. SAP FICO: GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and financial closing activities. Data Validation: Proficient in validating master data , transactional data , and custom enhancements in MM/FICO during testing. Defect Management: Logged and tracked defects using test management tools and collaborated with functional/technical teams for resolution. Cross-functional Testing: Coordinated with SD, PP, and WM modules for integration and end-to-end flow validation . Project Responsibilities: Analyzed business requirements and functional specs to develop comprehensive test plans. Created and executed test cases for MM/FICO business processes and ensured alignment with business scenarios. Performed E2E testing across integrated SAP modules and verified custom developments (e.g., RICEFW objects). Participated in UAT support , assisting end users in test execution and issue resolution. Conducted regression testing during patch upgrades, system refreshes, or transport movement. Documented and reported test results, defects, and process gaps with impact assessment.
