Job Description

Job Summary

SAP cross modules

Key Responsibilities

Provide
Level 1 & Level 2 SAP support
for PS, MM, SD, and FI modules.
Perform
issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution
in SAP environments.
Work closely with business stakeholders to
understand requirements
and translate them into functional solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP / BASIS) for system improvements, changes, and fixes.
Support
testing activities
including test planning, scripting, and execution.
Assist in the configuration of SAP modules where necessary.
Ensure
timely resolution
of service requests following defined SLAs.
Prepare and maintain
documentation
, including functional specs and process guides.
Provide
end-user training
and functional guidance.
Participate in
system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects
.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge and functional experience with
SAP PS, MM, SD, FI, DMS
modules.
Minimum
4~6 years
of SAP functional support experience (adjust as needed).
Ability to analyse business processes and recommend process improvements.
Experience working with
integration points
across modules (PS-MM, SD-FI, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of SAP tables, transactions, and master data.
Experience preparing
Functional/Technical Specifications
.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

BE/BTech/Graduation
Experience in
SAP S/4HANA
environment
Basic understanding of
ABAP debugging
is an advantage.
Experience in
Real Estate
domain is a plus.
SAP Certification in any relevant module (Nice-to-have).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Customer-focused with a proactive, collaborative approach.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
