Job Description

Provide
functional and technical support
for SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HR, PM, PS, etc.) used across departments.
Troubleshoot day-to-day SAP issues raised by end-users and ensure timely resolution through proper ticket management.
Coordinate with the
implementation partner and internal IT team
for issue escalation, bug fixing, and enhancement requests.
Perform
configuration, testing, and documentation
of system changes as per business requirements.
Support in
user access management, master data updates, and process validations.
Conduct
user training and refresher sessions
to improve SAP adoption and operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain
SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation
for all SAP modules.
Ensure smooth integration of SAP with
third-party tools
such as attendance systems, CRM, or procurement software.
Participate in
new module implementation, data migration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Billing, and Project teams to ensure
data accuracy and process compliance.
Monitor
system performance, backups, and security protocols
in coordination with the IT infrastructure team.
