SAP SuccessFactors RCM Manager

You will be responsible for implementing and deploying SAP SuccessFactors RCM solutions to achieve defined business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and advising on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors enablement initiatives - Interacting with clients to understand business requirements, concluding blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements - Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements - Managing SAP SuccessFactors RCM projects to ensure timely delivery - Understanding the technology landscape and its impact on the client's business area, trends associated with the technology, functional areas, industries, and value propositions for clients transitioning to the new technology Skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in SuccessFactors RCM - Minimum 2 End to End implementation experiences in SF RCM, including basic knowledge of other modules - Understanding of business processes related to Core HR - Certification in SuccessFactors RCM Module - Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision - Demonstrated commitment to customer service and proactive review of processes and procedures to enhance service quality, delivery, and support - Good interpersonal and organizational skills with effective communication abilities for both technical and non-technical customers - Flexibility and analytical problem-solving abilities The salary for this position will be as per experience, and the location is Gachibowli, Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office only. Immediate joiners are preferred, or notice period should be less than 30 days.
