Plant Maintenance Senior Consultant

As an S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) / EAM (Enterprise Asset management) consultant, you will be a valuable member of our expert team tasked with developing a comprehensive blueprint for the requirements of S/4HANA. Your primary responsibilities will include providing business and functional support for the SAP PM module and taking charge of configuration and functions related to Plant Maintenance. You will be expected to demonstrate a blend of strong technical skills and business acumen, enabling you to quickly grasp new information and deliver high-quality client services consistently. Monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed will be essential aspects of your role. Building and nurturing relationships with client personnel, gathering requirements, configuring systems, performing unit testing, writing functional specifications, and supporting clients through various testing phases will also be part of your duties. Staying abreast of the latest SAP asset management functionalities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions will be critical. Providing support for the SAP PM module, including facilitating the transition from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA, assessing impacts, identifying gaps, and offering recommendations for delta designs will be key objectives. Your role will also involve utilizing technology consulting expertise to develop functional and technical specifications, configure systems, lead testing efforts, and resolve defects related to SAP Plant Maintenance. Occasional travel may be required for workshops and training sessions with clients. To qualify for this role, you must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and preferably have over 3 years of experience as an SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant along with SAP Certification. Understanding dependencies and integrations with other SAP modules, hands-on experience, and a track record of at least 2 end-to-end project implementations are essential requirements. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, the ability to work independently under pressure, and effective communication skills are also crucial.
