SAP SuccessFactors RCM Manager

Role Overview: As a SAP SuccessFactors RCM (Recruitment Management) professional with 8+ years of experience, your main role will involve implementing and deploying SAP SuccessFactors RCM solutions to achieve defined business goals. Your expertise in this area will be crucial for the success of the projects you will lead. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and advise on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors enablement initiatives. - Interact with clients to understand business requirements, finalize blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. - Manage SAP SuccessFactors RCM projects to ensure timely delivery. - Understand the technology landscape and its impact on the client's business area, including trends, functional areas, industries, and value propositions for clients transitioning to new technologies. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in SuccessFactors RCM. - Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience in SF RCM, including basic knowledge of other modules. - Understanding of business processes related to Core HR. - Certification in SuccessFactors RCM Module. - Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision. - Demonstrated commitment to customer service and proactive review of processes and procedures to enhance service quality, delivery, and support. - Good interpersonal and organizational skills with effective communication abilities for both technical and non-technical customers. - Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
