Job Description

I am looking for SAP-SuccessFactors-Employee central - Service center., He/she should have implemented "AskHR-Ticketing tool" on C4C platform.

JD: Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:Design and implement scalable, robust SAP solutions that meet business .Develop and maintain SAP architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines.Conduct architectural reviews to ensure compliance with standards.Implementation and Management:Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of SAP modules.Oversee the integration of SAP with other business systems.Manage and optimize SAP system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.Project Leadership:Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Lead SAP project teams, providing technical direction and guidance.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine Translate business into technical solutions that align with business goals.Communicate SAP architecture and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies.Identify areas for improvement in existing SAP implementations.Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
