Job Description

Overview

The SAP SuccessFactors Manager oversees the strategy, design, implementation, and governance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the enterprise. This role combines functional expertise with leadership to ensure alignment between HR technology and organizational goals.

 


Key Responsibilities

overall HR technology roadmap

·      Manage and mentor teams of functional consultants and coordinate across multiple modules.

·      Translate strategic HR and business objectives into a scalable SuccessFactors architecture.

governance, best practices, and process standardization

·      Ensure alignment between HR process owners, IT, and external vendors.

·      Oversee system integration with other HR and enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, analytics).

·      Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

·      Conduct regular system audits and improvement initiatives to optimize performance.

 


Required Skills & Experience

·      8–15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems.

·      Proven experience managing multiple module implementations (Employee Central, Compensation, PMGM, Recruiting, LMS, etc.).

·      Deep functional knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

·      Strong project management background (Agile or Waterfall).

·      Ability to influence senior executives and manage global stakeholders.

 


Education & Certification

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

·      SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification in multiple modules preferred.

·      PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

·      Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·      Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·      Ability to work across global teams and time zones.
