Job Summary

Employee Central (EC)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure Employee Central modules including:
• Job Information
• Personal Information
• Organizational Management (e.g., positions, cost centers)
• Workflows and Event Reason Derivations
• Business Rules and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Manage data models such as:
• Corporate Data Model (CDM)
• Succession Data Model (SDM)
• MDF Objects and Foundation Objects
• Perform end-to-end implementation activities: workshops, documentation, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Provide support for integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, time, benefits).
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
• Stay current with SAP product releases, roadmaps, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in

  SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  .
• Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes.
• Experience with:
• Employee Central Core configuration
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• MDF Object configuration
• XML configuration (data models, picklists)
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (preferred or required).
• Experience working in multi-country, global implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to other modules: Employee Central Payroll, Time Off, Recruiting, or Compensation.
• Knowledge of Integration Center, Boomi or CPI, and API-based integrations.
• Agile or project management methodology experience (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
