Job Title: Oracle Functional Testing Lead Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Years About the Role: We're looking for a seasoned Oracle Functional Testing Lead with hands-on experience in Oracle module testing and a knack for leading testing teams. If you're well-versed in both manual and automation testing, and familiar with tools like OPKEY, Subject 7, and TOSCA , this is a great opportunity to drive quality assurance for enterprise Oracle applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle functional testing projects and manage QA teams. Translate business needs into effective test strategies and plans. Conduct manual and automated testing for Oracle modules (EBS, Fusion, etc.). Use tools like OPKEY, Subject 7, and TOSCA to automate and streamline testing. Handle capacity planning and resource management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and ensure smooth delivery. Maintain documentation: test cases, scripts, reports, etc. Required Skills: 5+ years of Oracle Functional Testing experience (including 1+ year in a lead role). Strong knowledge of Oracle modules (at least 12 projects hands-on). Proficient in manual & automation testing methodologies. Experience with OPKEY, Subject 7, TOSCA . Strong communication and leadership abilities.
