Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions using SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Develop and maintain documentation of SAP SuccessFactors configurations and customizations.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize business operations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, EIP, and LMS.
Experience with SAP HCM and other HR-related systems is desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
