About the Role

SAP Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  SAP implementations

  , upgrades, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP/IT issues within SLA timelines
• Support and configure modules like

  FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM

• Provide hands-on

  ABAP

  support (Smart Forms, LSMW, debugging)
• Manage

  Optisuite

  tools (Export/Import/Excise – Brillio)
• Build and support reports/dashboards using

  QlikView / BI tools

• Develop and maintain small internal apps using

  MySQL, Java, PHP, etc.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth SAP operations
• Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery quality

Must-Have Skills:

• SAP HANA, ABAP, IDOC, BAPI, Fiori, PI/PO
• Strong in FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM modules
• Optisuite (Brillio Technologies) exposure
• QlikView or BI dashboard/reporting knowledge
• MySQL, MS Access, Java, Dotnet, PHP (basic level)
• Good problem-solving and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech (Computers/IT)
• SAP Certification preferred
