Technical Skills
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in business analysis, requirements management and
SuccessFactors Talent.
• At least two full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors integration implementation.
• experience on SuccessFactors integration with CPI, Integrated with third party system, SuccessFactors Integration center system and SuccessFactors Intelligent service center.
• Experience SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment/Employee Central), end to end integrations including requirements gathering (functional specifications), configuration design, configuration, and testing is preferred.
• Responsible for creating documentation including requirement User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature Description PowerPoint decks, Process Flows and Analysis Models, Journey Maps, Wireframes and User Guides.
• Should manage the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the onsite BSA and Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
