SAP Signavio Business Transformation Suite

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture process requirements and define KPIs.
• Design, configure, and implement

  Signavio Process Mining

  solutions to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and deviations.
• Enable

  Signavio Process Insights & Intelligence

  for monitoring, benchmarking, and predictive analysis.
• Integrate process mining data with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Customize dashboards, reports, and alerts for business users.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Provide techno-functional expertise for system enhancements, upgrades, and user support.
• Train and guide end-users on interpreting process data and leveraging insights.

• 5+ years of overall SAP experience, with

  2+ years in SAP Signavio Process Mining / Insights / Intelligence

  .
• Strong understanding of

  end-to-end business processes

  (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  Signavio configuration, KPI setup, and dashboard creation

  .
• Knowledge of

  data models, ETL integration, and SQL queries

  for process data extraction.
• Strong

  techno-functional background

  with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with

  SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, BW, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in

  process transformation initiatives

  using Signavio Business Transformation Suite.
• Exposure to

  SAP Activate methodology

  .
• SAP Signavio certification is a plus.
