Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead IT service operations across multiple accounts, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance frameworks. Own and govern ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfilment, and Change Management. Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and drive resolution with cross-functional teams. Conduct regular service reviews, root cause analysis, and operational health checks. Collaborate with client stakeholders to align service delivery with business expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Lead and mentor L2/L3 support teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices. Coordinate with infrastructure, applications, and security teams for seamless service operations. Produce accurate and timely operational reports and dashboards. Represent company at various client forums including governance and leadership meetings Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certified (Intermediate/Expert preferred). 8 12 years of IT operations experience, with at least 3 5 years in a leadership or service delivery role. Proven experience in managing operations in a multi-vendor or managed services environment. Strong understanding of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud and hybrid environments is a plus. Preferred Competencies: Ability to lead cross-functional teams during critical incidents. Knowledge of SAP modules and cross functional integration. Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills. Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and modern IT service delivery frameworks.
