Role Summary:

SAP Service Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the

  end-to-end delivery

  of SAP implementation and customization projects from initiation through go-live and transition to operations.
• Define, manage, and control

  project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality

  in alignment with contractual and business objectives.
• Lead

  multi-disciplinary SAP delivery teams

  (Functional, Technical, Integration, Data, Testing) across onshore and offshore locations.
• Support

  resource assignment, recruitment, onboarding, and team scaling

  in line with delivery requirements.
• Drive project planning, execution, and governance using

  SAP Activate or equivalent delivery methodologies

  .
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely decision-making.
• Oversee

  solution design validation, fit-gap analysis, and blueprint sign-off

  in collaboration with business and technical leads.
• Manage

  project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

  , ensuring proactive mitigation and controlled scope management.
• Coordinate

  integration activities

  across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring end-to-end landscape alignment.
• Lead

  cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support

  to ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Ensure adherence to

  quality standards, delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, and governance checkpoints

  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track, measure, and report

  project progress, delivery metrics, and financials

  to steering committees and senior leadership.
• Manage

  vendors and subcontractors

  , including performance monitoring and validation of deliverables.
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices across SAP delivery engagements.

Required Technical Skills:

• SAP

  S/4HANA implementation and migration

  expertise (delivery and functional oversight)
• Strong knowledge of

  SAP Activate methodology

  and project governance frameworks
• Understanding of

  SAP BTP fundamentals

  , including integration and extensibility concepts
• Expertise in

  requirements gathering, blueprinting, and solution validation

• Proficiency with

  project delivery and planning tools

• Experience managing

Certifications

• SAP Certification

  (S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors)

• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate Certification
