Responsibilities Include

• Resolve tickets and provide support as per the agreed SLAs.
• Manage IT/ access requirements to meet specific needs.
• Review and manage service request backlog as needed to ensure all requests are correctly prioritized, scheduled and resolved efficiently.
• Engage on any critical customer escalations and ensure customer resolution as well as postmortem analysis to avoid future breakdowns
• Host regular reviews with business personnel on status and performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery
• Work with enterprise support groups and cross functional teams to resolve problems or issues
• Coordinates through and complies with the change management process whenever required.
• Resolves incidents and fulfills requests as needed.
• Support hiring process whenever required by assessing the technical competency.
• Conduct technical training to fellow Associates / New joiners.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Must-Have

• Strong consulting experience in SAP Security
• Supporting project implementation for SAP Applications, GRC & IDM
• Work independently on standard SAP authorizations tasks.
• Support non-SAP Applications Security (Oracle EBS, Salesforce, etc.)
• Generate & analyze SAP Error Reports with SU53, ST01, & STAUTHTRACE.
• User Administration using SAP Standard t-codes: CUA, ARM or IDM
• Experience in a SOX compliant environment.
• SAP S/4 HANA & FIORI Security & Authorization knowledge.
• Design & support SAP Security for SAP components - SAP R/3, BI/BW, BOBJ, S4 HANA, FIORI, SAC, GRC, MES/MII, CPI, IBP, GRDC, other SAP Cloud applications and multiple non-SAP Applications like Oracle, Salesforce etc. GRC Access Control 12.x.
• Administration on Oracle EBS R12 & SOX compliant environment

Good-to-Have

• Self-starter and excellent communication skills in English
• Should be able to work with the SAP BW team on technical issues
• Should have experience in working with related workflow tools
• The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
• Clear understanding of the industry and competitive trends that impact your role
