SAP Security Level 1 Incident and Service Request Management.
SAP Security Level 2 and 3 Service Request Management.
SAP Security Support.
Security Support Required for new roll outs, upgrades, projects.
Role build / change / delete as per design of SAP Standard users.
User ID changes / role assignments User ID deactivation / deletion.
Investigate authorization issues Housekeeping tasks (e.g. lock inactive users,
monitor Coke/Pepsi compliance, EAM monitoring etc.)
User SOD checks in GRC Access Control Define SOD requirements that are not yet
translated to GRC SOD rules.
Provide audit support

Design activity for role changes.
Role SOD checks in GRC Access Control.
Manage SAP GRC Access Control system as per process.
Define changes to the SOD rulesets
Implement changes to the SOD rulesets
Monthly SAP Access Risk reporting
Support with remediation of SAP Audit Findings
Drive continuous improvement within SAP Security
On quarterly basis produce a report with Users and Roles based
Assign Roles to Additional SNOW Users
Service Review and Reporting.
Generate Service reports as per Customer requirements
Continuous improvement initiatives provided to the Customer on a regular basis
