Job Title: MS Operation Engineer

This position is to manage and monitor the organization s Microsoft product domain and all related activities at ground level. Also, it needs to perform the defined task during any new initiative taken in the MS infrastructure.

Job Description:

Technical Responsibilities:

1. Good knowledge in at least two or more domains in the MS product portfolio. i.e., Office 365 products, MS Exchange 2016/2019 administration and management, Active Directory 2012/2016/2019 management, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019 build and configuration, DHCP, DNS, File Server, Print Server, etc.


2. Good experience with PowerShell scripting for Windows, Exchange, and AD administration.


3. Knowledge of the Hyper-V virtualization platform


4. Knowledge of MS-Intune and SCCM Experience of O365 administration, services, and hybrid infrastructure


5. Experience of Microsoft Team, One Drive, and Online SharePoint Administration


6. Experience with Azure Active Directory, conditional access, etc.


7. Good knowledge of managing different MS technologies and performing tasks in coordination with external and internal stakeholders.


8. Monitor security events and incidents.


9. Proactively and dedicatedly identify security risks and incidents and report them to the concerned teams.


10. Support incident investigation and event analysis.


11. Prepare the RCA for the incident and the investigation report.


12. Knowledge of email and web security tools and techniques (Proxy, ATP, anti-spam, anti-spoofing, and anti-phishing)

1. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and should be able to handle pressure situations.


2. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively at all levels with external and internal stakeholders in a friendly and helpful manner, displaying tact, consideration, and clarity.

Technical:

1. Critical: Windows Server, O365 Products, MS Exchange, Azure Active Directory, DHCP, DNS


2. Essential: Email and web security tools and techniques, MS-Intune and SCCM, Microsoft Team, One Drive, Anti-Virus, Patch Management.


3. Good to Have: Backup Tools, Application Monitoring Tools, PowerShell scripting.
