Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science /MCA/MCM/ Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in networking hardware installation and configuration. Hands-on expertise with Cat6 and fiber optic cabling, patch panels, keystone jacks, faceplates and rack installations. Proficiency in configuring L2 switches, core switches and firewalls. Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS) and centralized dashboard setup. Knowledge of endpoint security solutions, including dual-factor authentication, AD synchronization and threat protection. Familiarity with network testing tools and methodologies for LAN, switch performance and security validation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications preferred. Experience with endpoint security solutions, including dual-factor authentication and AD synchronization. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
