Job Description

Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for SIEM Engineer ArcSight/Splunk to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage security information and event management (SIEM) systems using ArcSight and Splunk.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support security operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
Conduct threat hunting and analysis to detect anomalies and suspicious activity.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on SIEM best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in SIEM.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and standards.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
