About the role

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Technical Consultant

Europe

Key responsibilities

• Provide

  technical consulting, development, and support

  for SAP Sales and Service Cloud. 
• Develop and debug

  OData services, APIs, and middleware

  integrations with S4HANA. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

  Sales Cloud integrations and extensions

  . 
• Design and implement

  custom enhancements and extensions

  using SAP SDKs and tools. 
• Collaborate with

  functional consultants, architects, and business users

  to deliver technical solutions. 
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation, configuration guides, and test cases

  . 
• Support

  system migrations, cutovers, and go-live activities

  . 
• Ensure solutions meet

  security, compliance, and performance standards

  . 

Required skills and expertise

• 6–8 years of SAP experience

  , with at least 3–4 years in

  Sales and Service Cloud technical development

  . 
• Hands-on expertise in

  SAP Cloud SDK, APIs, OData services, CPI/PI/PO

  . 
• Strong skills in

  debugging, troubleshooting, and custom development

  . 
• Knowledge of

  data replication and synchronization

  between S4HANA and Cloud. 
• Familiarity with

  SAP Fiori apps and extensions

  . 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. 

Preferred qualification – Education and certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering

  . 

• SAP Sales & Service Cloud certification

  highly preferred. 
• Experience with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  is an added advantage.
