Job Description

We are looking for professionals to help us evaluate applicants’ ability to provide effective technical support, troubleshoot systems, and maintain ICT infrastructure in accordance with Australian ICT industry practices. This includes assessing both customer-facing and back-end support competencies. 


Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV/Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent. 
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or successor). 

Industry Experience:


  • At least 3 years in ICT helpdesk, technical support, or hardware maintenance roles. 
  • Experience diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. 
  • Familiarity with operating systems, networking fundamentals, software installation, and customer support protocols. 

Mandatory Requirements:


  • TRA approval in each occupation covered. 
  • Evidence of recent ICT industry engagement or professional development. 
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check, valid driver’s licence.
