Position Summary :

Our client is seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Techno-Functional Leads to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support of their SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, MM, PM, PS, SD, SCM).

• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP solutions.

• Oversee integration across SAP and non-SAP applications.

• Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications for RICEF

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and optimization.

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, functional consultants, and technical development teams.

• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and UAT with business stakeholders.

Technical Leadership

• Provide hands-on guidance in ABAP development, Fiori/UI5, CDS views, and S/4HANA extensibility options.

• Lead resolution of complex issues during project execution and hypercare.

• Ensure proper governance and compliance in solution design (security, controls, data privacy).

Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Drive system stability, performance, and scalability.

• Implement best practices for change management, testing, and release management.

• Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for process standardization and simplification.

• Stay current with SAP product roadmaps, releases, and innovations (RISE with SAP, BTP, AI/ML).

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants and technical developers.

• Coordinate across global business units, IT, and external partners.

• Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and training for end-users and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Atleast 10+ years in SAP and 5+ years in S/4HANA implementations.

• Strong techno-functional expertise in at least one core S/4HANA domain (FI, MM, SCM).

• Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori/UI5, CDS views, PI/PO, CPI, APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ABAP, Activate methodology, RISE.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.
