Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PS (Project System) Functional Consultant with experience in SAP S/4HANA to join our dynamic SAP team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Project System module, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support within an S/4HANA environment. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP PS solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP PS solutions to meet project and operational needs.
• Configure SAP PS module components including Project Definition, WBS Elements, Networks, Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Settlement.
• Implement and support SAP PS in S/4HANA environment, leveraging new features and simplifications.
• Integrate SAP PS with other modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, and HR.
• Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practice solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PS-related issues and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP PS functional experience, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation in S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP PS master data, planning, budgeting, actuals, and settlement processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA simplifications, Fiori apps for Project System, and Activate methodology.
• Good knowledge of integration points between SAP PS and other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
