Position Overview:

Project Manager SAP

Responsibilities:

• Project Setup & Management:

  Set up projects using tools like JIRA or CALM, according to specific project requirements.

• Structure & Planning:

  Assist in creating project repository structures and applying

  SAP Activate methodology

  to the project planning process.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  Coordinate with and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient task execution and project delivery.

• Time Zone Flexibility:

  Adapt to flexible working hours aligned with SEA or European time zones to ensure effective collaboration.

• Travel Requirements:

  Be open to short-term business travel (domestic and international) to meet project needs.

• Project Internalization:

  Support project managers in establishing project frameworks internally and ensuring project documentation is maintained.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience:

  4 - 7 years of experience in SAP Project Management, with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience.

• Project Management Tools:

  Proficiency in

  JIRA

  and

  CALM

  for project tracking and management.

• Methodology Knowledge:

  Solid understanding of

  SAP Activate methodology

  for implementation planning.

• Team Coordination:

  Proven experience in cross-team coordination and management.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Certifications:

  PMP, Agile, or Prince2 certification (preferred); SAP Activate certification or knowledge (highly desired).

• Technical Proficiency:

  Strong working knowledge of

  Microsoft Excel

  .

• Global Experience:

  Experience in managing or collaborating with global teams across time zones.

• Budgeting:

  Ability to understand and manage project budgets effectively.
