Job Description

Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Location:

Job Summary:

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver
SAP projects (implementation, migration, upgrade, or support)
within scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define project deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project methodologies (such as
ASAP / Activate
).
Monitor project progress using tools like
MS Project / JIRA
, report status, manage risks, and ensure issue resolution.
Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular project governance meetings and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 to 15 years
of total experience, with
strong experience in SAP project management
.
Proven track record of managing
at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
.
Hands-on experience with one or more
SAP modules
(like SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
Familiarity with
SAP Activate or ASAP methodology
.
Strong understanding of
business processes
and their mapping to SAP.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
Proficient in
project management tools
and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, Prince2, or SAP Certified Project Manager
certification.
Experience in
Agile/Hybrid delivery models
.
Exposure to
SAP S/4HANA projects
.
